Ever since the eventual series winners, Alisa and Lysandra, used SAWO steam equipment in their apartment steam shower on 'The Block Skyhigh in 2013' interest in what was previously considered to be an impossible and unaffordable luxury for many, has increased significantly.
Residential steam showers and steam rooms are now being incorporated in many new building and bathroom renovation projects. In most cases this can be achieved within an acceptable budget, particularly when a pre-allocated wet room such as a large shower space is used. By following some simple guidelines (see below), utilising existing on-site trades and adding SAWO steam equipment to your project, you too can enjoy this wonderful form of healthy bathing in the convenience of your own home.
